My goal for year 2004 is to lose 100 pounds. I want to lose 2 pounds a week. I will post my weight once a month on my last TOPS weigh in of the month. I am going to try and to stay off my scale in between weigh-ins but it is very difficult for me as I like to weigh each day. |
